This community event brings together the best of Ventura County! With a local Messiah Choir composed of community choristers, soloists from the local area, and musicians that are both professional and experienced hobbyists, we will celebrate in true holiday spirit with our neighbors, friends, and family as we lift our voices in song! Audience members may sing-along to the choruses, or just listen! Either way, be sure to stay afterward for our community reception to celebrate the resurrection of this tradition in Ventura County! All proceeds will go toward the hosting of this event for this and future years to keep it going, and your donations for musicians are very much appreciated!

St. Paul’s Music Ministry has our own motto: Artistry in Ministry. Through our faith and musical expression, we work to create musical excellence that will enhance congregants’ spiritual experience.

The Voices

We hope that our musical offerings will inspire, rejuvenate, calm, and heal. We believe God speaks to us all through music, and we are the instruments.

Anthem Choir: audition only ensemble, meets Thursday evenings from 7-9 pm and Sundays 9:30-11:30 for service.

Communion Choir: pop-in Sunday mornings at your convenience at 9:30 to join us for singing communal songs at the service.

Children’s Choir: rehearses weekly Sundays 11:45 - 12:30 and sings monthly in church services.
