Russell Galipeau will share stories about our national parks, how they came to be and what lies ahead for them. Russell teaches at CSU Channel Islands, he is also the former superintendent of Channel Islands National Park and serves on the board of the Coalition to Protect Americas National Parks.

       Hallelujah! - The Bible and Handel's MessiahDate: Tuesday Evenings, 10/28/25 through 11/18/25 Time: 6:30-8:00 Location: Community Room Join Fr. Larkin and Seminary Intern Drew Darby as we explore the Scriptural texts of Handel’s Messiah. This is a study for both the music-lover and the biblical seeker, with a careful examination of the texts that will open your understanding of both the Bible and Handel’s masterpiece in new and exciting ways. This is the perfect way to prepare for Advent, and to whet your appetite for the Messiah Sing-along too!

       Women's Journey in FaithDate: 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month Time: 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm Location: Church Library This Scripture study meets two times per month to discuss and reflect on the week’s scripture and lectionary as we dive deeper into what Scripture can tell us about our lives and how we can love others.        1st Monday Book ClubDate: Monday, June 2 Time: 5:30 pm Location: Zoom (contact Paula for zoom link) This group chooses thought-provoking books on a monthly basis and discusses them in detail, harnessing Christ’s call in our perceptions, opinions, and actions.

       Men's GroupDates: Tuesdays Time: 6 pm Location: Winchester’s Grill, Ventura Small groups are important, and we encourage them at St. Paul’s. The men’s group has meet ups twice weekly for food, fellowship and study. The men’s group also meets on Fridays - Breakfast, 7 am Black Bear Diner

With this contemplative Bible study, you are encouraged to ask your questions, reflect on faith, and have support on your faith journey.
