Join us for this family-friendly event as St. Paul's Spirituality in Nature Group hikes together at the Ventura Botanical Gardens. This is a beautiful season in the gardens, with many wildflowers in bloom! It will be a relatively slow hike, up and back. It is free to enter the gardens on Fridays. We will meet at the tables and chairs after you enter. Hope to see you there!

Our next selection is Ladder to the Light: An Indigenous Elder's Meditation on Hope and Courage by Steven Charleston. The Rev. Charleston is an Episcopal priest and Choctaw elder and a familiar voice to many. He knows something about cultivating resilience and resisting darkness. For all who yearn for hope, this is a book of comfort, truth, and challenge in a time of anguish and fear.

For the June meeting, we have selected  The Book Club for Troublesome Women by Marie Bostwick. This is a new release and tells the story of four dissatisfied sixties-era housewives who form a book club turned sisterhood that will hold fast amid the turmoil of a rapidly changing world. Their first book study is the newly released and controversial The Feminine Mystique by Betty Friedan. We will meet on Zoom on Monday, June 2, at 5:30 on Zoom.

In March, the Men’s Group will begin a new study of Bishop Michael Curry's book "Love Is The Way." Please join!

Small groups are important, and we encourage them at St. Paul’s. The men’s group has meet ups twice weekly for food, fellowship and study.

The men’s group also meets on Fridays - Breakfast, 7 am Black Bear Diner
